About Pantz.org

This site is a technical reference site for me and anyone else who finds it. It is not a site for newbies. More for the sysadmin types.

In 2007 the site was redesigned and the blog took over the site as the primary method of recording information. All previous information was converted to use the new format.

The site was created because I was sick of constantly searching for the same information over and over again. It is for me to note things that I want to remember if they come up again. I've gone back to it time and time again for information that I know I've written down but I just can't remember where I put it. So now it's all in one spot and organized. I can access it from home, work, a friends house, or the data center. You won't find java, flash, etc. Lots of sites use these tools and most of the time they are just not needed. I feel they are overused, but don't get me started. The site uses simple HTML 4.01 and CSS.

If you would like to contact me please e-mail me at webmaster at pantz dot org. I do enjoy hearing if the site has helped anyone in some way. Also, if you want to submit anything for the site e-mail it to me and I'll consider it.

Thanks to everyone who have mailed saying they like the site and how it helped. Some people have asked if they could send me something as a thank you. If you would like to do this, I would gladly accept a Amazon.com gift card sent to my webmaster at pantz dot org e-mail address.
